The owner of the company makes all decisions and bears all responsibility.

5. Public Company: It is a company whose shares are open to the public and can raise capital from the public. Such companies usually have larger and more complex structures.

6. Cooperative Society: It is an enterprise that operates in line with the common interests of its members. Members have equal voting rights in making decisions, and profit sharing generally occurs equally among members. These are just some of the types of companies available in Zimbabwe.
