Japan Artists

Japan has hosted many famous artists throughout its history. Here are some of Japan's best-known artists:

1. Hokusai: He is a famous painter working in the Ukiyo-e (ephemeral world) style. His most famous work is the woodblock print "Great Waves in Kanagawa".

2. Hiroshige: He is another important painter working in the Ukiyo-e style. He is known for his series "The Way of Tokaido".

3. Kitagawa Utamaro: He is another famous painter working in the Ukiyo-e style. His most famous work is the woodblock print called "Three Women".

4. Katsushika Hokusai: He is another famous painter working in the Ukiyo-e style. He is known for his print "Red Fuji".

5. Yayoi Kusama: She is a contemporary artist known for her work Dots Infinity. He works in different media such as drawing, painting, sculpture and installation.
