What are the types of companies in Serbia?

There are various types of companies in Serbia. The most common among these are:

1. Limited Liability Company (LLC): These types of companies are the most widely preferred and popular types of companies. Company owners have limited liability and their personal assets are not at risk due to the company's debts.

2. Joint Stock Company (JSC): These types of companies are companies in which capital shares are publicly held and shares can be traded on the stock exchange.
