Morocco What are the types of companies?

There are different types of companies in Morocco. Here are some:

2. Limited Liability Company (Société à Responsabilité Limitée - SARL): It is established by at least two partners and the capital shares are represented in the form of participation certificates. The liability of partners is limited to their capital shares.

3. General Partnership (Société en Nom Collectif - SNC): It is a partnership established by at least two partners. All partners have unlimited liability for the obligations of the company.

4. Limited Partnership (Société en Commandite - SC): It is a partnership with at least one general partner (limited liability) and at least one limited partner (liability limited to capital share).

5. Business Partnership (Société en Participation - SP): It is an agreement established between two or more people. An SP is not officially recognized and therefore has a limited legal status. These are just some examples and there may be other types of companies. The choice of company type may vary depending on the business activities and liability preferences of the partners.
