What are the types of companies in Lithuania?

5. Cooperative (CO): It is a type of company established to meet the economic and social needs of the partners. Decisions are made democratically and all partners have equal rights.

6. Person Company: It is a type of company established by one person and in which the owner is personally responsible for all debts. A sole proprietorship may involve trading or craft activities. Each of these company types has different advantages and disadvantages, and their organization, management and legal structures may also differ.
