High technology products produced in Eritrea

Eritrea is a country located on the African continent and is a country that is still developing in the technology sector. Therefore, the production and export of high-tech products is limited in Eritrea. However, in recent years, the Eritrean government aims to invest more in science and technology and encourage domestic technology production. In this context, science and technology schools and universities have been established throughout the country and technology infrastructure has been developed. Eritrea's production sector is focused mostly on agriculture and mining. However, in recent years, the assembly and production of some electronic products has also started. Some factories have been established especially for mobile phones, computer parts and electronic accessories. However, Eritrea still faces many challenges in the production and export of high-tech products. These include limited resources, lack of technical knowledge and skills, difficulties in market access, and international trade restrictions. Eritrea needs to make more investments and establish collaborations to move forward in the technology sector and increase the production of high-tech products. In addition, it is important to train local technology experts by focusing on education and talent development programs.
