Wars in which Chad participated

Chad has participated in many wars since it gained independence in 1960. Here are the important wars in which Chad participated: 1st Franco-German War (1870-1871): Chad joined the war against the German Empire as a French colony. In this war, the French won victory over the Germans.

2. World War II (1939-1945): Chad was a French colony during World War II. He participated in World War II. He fought alongside the French against the Germans and Italians.

3. Chad-Libya War (1978-1987): Chad participated in a long-term conflict with Libya. In this war, Libya tried to invade Chad's territory, but Chad put up a successful resistance and pushed Libya back.

4. Chad-Sudan War (2005-2010): Chad participated in the conflicts with Sudan. The main reason for these conflicts was that rebel groups in Chad received support from Sudan. Chad tried to push back the rebels by fighting against Sudan.
