Companies can be established in different types for different purposes and structures. Various types of companies can also be found in the occupied Palestinian territories, such as:

1. Joint Stock Company (A.Ş.): The most common type of company, joint stock companies, are companies whose capital is divided into shares and the liability of the shareholders is limited to their shares. Partners, as shareholders, provide capital to the company and manage the company's activities through the management bodies.

2. Limited Company (Ltd. Company): Limited companies are a type of company that has legal personality and the liability of the partners is limited. In limited companies, partners provide capital to the company and manage the company's activities through the management bodies. However, they require less regulation and capital than joint stock companies.

3. Limited Partnership (K.Ş.): Limited partnerships consist of general partners who provide the capital and complementary partners who undertake the management. Limited partners only provide capital and their liability is limited to the capital they contribute. Complementary partners both provide capital and are responsible for management.

4. Cooperative: Cooperatives are businesses that are jointly owned and managed by members. Its aim is to meet the economic, social and cultural needs of the partners. Cooperatives have a democratic structure and decisions are made equally among partners.

5. Sole Proprietorship: Sole proprietorships are companies established and managed by a single person. Sole proprietorships are widely preferred in businesses where one person has limited liability.

6. Associations and Foundations: Associations and foundations are non-profit organizations. Associations are organizations formed by people gathered around a specific purpose. Foundations, on the other hand, are organizations that operate with assets allocated for a specific purpose. These are just a few examples of the types of companies established in the occupied Palestinian territories. There may also be different types of companies based on different legal and business needs.
