Wars involving Ireland

Ireland has participated in many wars in its history. Here are some historically important wars in which Ireland participated:

1. 1916 Easter Rising: An important turning point in Ireland's struggle for independence, the Easter Rising was an armed rebellion by Irish nationalists against British rule in 1916.
