Greatest events in Bhutan's History

1. 1907 - Bhutan began to be governed by a royal monarchy for the first time. Ugyen Wangchuck became the first king of Bhutan.

2. 1910 - Treaty of Chetsham was signed between Bhutan and British India. This treaty enabled Bhutan to cede its foreign relations to British India.
